Shenzhen Lankexun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the BFOUR series of mobile applications (the “Apps”), including BFOUR、BFOUR+、BF-Home, and Grill 5.0. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information, including personal data, in connection with your use of the BFOUR Apps and their associated BFOUR Smart Thermometer services.
By downloading, accessing, or using any of the Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you must not use the Apps.
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as data generated through your use of the Apps. The types of data collected include:
2.1 Personal Identification Data
• Contact information (e.g., email address, phone number) when you register an account, subscribe to notifications, or contact customer support.
• Account credentials (e.g., username, password) for accessing the Apps’ features.
• Device information (e.g., device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address).

• Location data (only if you enable location services, used solely to provide location-based features or optimize BFOUR Smart Thermometer service delivery, with your explicit consent).

• Bluetooth/WiFi connection data (e.g., device pairing information) to enable communication with BFOUR Smart Thermometer.

• To provide and maintain the Apps’ core functionality (e.g., temperature monitoring, remote control of BFOUR Smart Thermometer, data synchronization).
• To personalize your experience (e.g., saving cooking presets for BFOUR Smart Thermometer, tailoring recommendations based on usage habits).
• To improve and optimize the Apps and BFOUR Smart Thermometer (e.g., analyzing usage patterns, fixing bugs, developing new features).
• To communicate with you (e.g., sending service updates for the Apps or BFOUR Smart Thermometer, response to inquiries, important notices about your account).
• To ensure security and prevent fraud (e.g., verifying account authenticity, detecting unauthorized access to the Apps or connected BFOUR Smart Thermometer).
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., responding to regulatory requests, enforcing terms of service).
We will not use your data for any purpose unrelated to the above without your prior consent.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

By using the Apps and BFOUR Smart Thermometer services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence.
